There were some issues getting info from the lender for with the previous mortgage. The Oaktree team was very patient and understanding throughout, and transparent about the process.
The biggest issue I had was not being able to talk to my underwriter to problem solve conditions. Additionally there were conditions uploaded that were not cleared, and was not able to explain the sceanario properly where I needed communication....

Non-QM can be an uphill battle on all fronts but OakTree made the process smooth and fairly simple. Certainly opened my eyes to taking on more Non-QM loans in the future.
