It was lots of information that I was not aware of and it was all provided and explained
Service is sporadic and the entire process was tedious. Everytime a condition was cleared, another one was added. Perhaps you need more experienced underwriters. I will not use Oaktree again, nor would i ever recommend to my colleagues.
You guys were able to swoop in and solve a problem for a client of line that no one else could solve
