The entire process from loan origination to closing was quick and seamless. Everyone on the team was very responsive and communicated very well. This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a lender in a while.
This was just a painful file to get closed. The file was not straightforward to begin with. It seemed that UW was a little tougher than expected.

Need better system for getting document to underwritnng we upload and half things do not make it to underwritng we get updated approvals with same copndtions that we uplaoded 2-3 times very frustrating
