Eric the AE is the absolute best
It would have been much better if the appraisal had not taken a month to complete. AE and AM did not like to return calls. AE went away as soon as the loan was registered. Hurt my reputation.
AE Owen is extremely helpful every step of the way.

The borrower was charged a discount point that was never disclosed or authorized. Mr. Reese Rogers, quoted me an interest rate of 7.375%, and at no time did he mention that a $16K discount point would be added to cover the lender-paid compensation....

While it's a bit challenging to get some conditions cleared overall I like working with Oak tree. My AE Matt is always available and is great at following up.
