Upgrade your tech so that we can receive copies of disclosures and track wether the borrowers have opened and signed them.
Owen Wakeman is a great Sr. Account Rep. He is very helpful, always answers the phone, has a great attitude and gets things done quickly. We were able to help a client close on their home loan in 2 weeks when another lender could not do it....

There was a small issue with underwriting. A bit more attention to detail could have helped resolve it faster.
From the preapproval stage through closing and funding, everything went so smooth and easy.
Rates are great as well!
