Michael (AE) and Cynthia were great to work with. Very helpful.
Paul Goodwin is a great rep and addressed any issue that came up. He helped make the process very smooth. Garret Scherf was also very hands on and was helpful to resolve issues.
quick replies to isssues and questions
The process at the end to get clear to close and docs out is very slow
The process was a mess from the beginning. The cherry on top was the closing. 4 hours. Will never use Oaktree again.
You guys rock at the front end of the loan. Once it gets to clear to close and funding that is where I think the process could use some work. Other than that, the process really wasn't bad.
