    This was the first brokered NonQM bank statement loan I had closed with Oaktree. As with all first experiences working with a broker I had to learn the process and the work follow. Support was very helpful but the process was time consuming....

    Unsderwriting was autrocious. UW added items that did not needt to be added. We had to escalate a minimum of three items to the COO that were ultilmately cleared. Conditions were not clearly defined. Many, many mistages were made on this, our...

    Conditions were getting missed/had to upload several times. It was very slow after the initial underwrite. Quicker response times would be nice. Just felt like the whole process took too long.
