The system to lock in a rate is broken, and I had to request the lock through my rep instead of being able to do it myself. This caused a delay in locking, and there just happened to be a reprice for the worse right then, so I couldn’t honor...

Phil Lowe is extremely on it for me no matter what and if he doesn't know the answers, is not afraid to tell me that, and go get them for me.
Closing could be a tad smoother, but I know lenders all have their nuances.

The investor came out of a locked loan...so, it was a bad start. However, the AE and AM worked hard to get the loan closed...even though we had issues. Most importantly, they didn't run when there was a fire. They stayed to help put it out....

There were several mistakes and wrong advice given on this file. We had several hurdles to overcome due to these mistakes on Oaktree's part. However I must say that Jenny did a fantastic job, just sorry she went on vacation prior to the loan...
