Not able to speak with the underwriter. Clarification on conditions has to be emailed to the uw's assistant in order to get a response. This takes too long to clear conditions.AE was hard to get ahold of. left messages and no return call sometimes....

The accessibility to and timeliness of response from my AE (Owen Wakeman) as well as the Account Managers such as Normandee & Buffie, and their advice and guidance, is what makes working with Oaktree a great experience.
Lack of ability to answer the phone, cant get all conditions up front, to long between communication, missed looking over submitted docs for conditions, requesting docs that have already been submitted,
Owen and Normandee were phenominal! This loan fell through with another company. I discussed the deal with Owen disclosed with OakTree on December 13th and closed on December 27th! You saved the day.
