Turn times were pretty good, communication was good and response time to emails was acceptable.
The team came through when we were short on time resulting in happy faces at the pirchase purchase closing .
Smooth process and good communication.
Additionally my client was offered by other brokers no hit to rate for zero impounds. Oaktree was able to correct and keep it competetive to the market for my client.

Underwriting would not clear the conditions. Added a bunch that were not necessary. New conditions added after initial approval just for them to be previously addresed. Docs took long to go out.
