The entire process. From submission. To communication. To closing. Oaktree is awesome
Quicker decisions by underwriting on what is acceptable. Loan was in processing for more than 4 months before getting final approval. Thankfully, though, it did get final approval and it was definitely a tough loan.
The people are amazing! Follow up and follow through are always consistent. Oaktree is one of our top 2 non QM lenders. I highly recommend!!!!
