The client received the mortgage loan on time and with terms we committed to. That is primarily what matters. The process had a few "one more things", however, the process was fairly smooth overall.
Andre was great to work with.
Communications are sometimes very difficult - in particular problem is are the disclosures - they are always difficult to get signed by our clients because the process id not easy
