Johnny is excellent.
Closing wasn't great. Even though docs arrived the day before closing, docs were delayed in getting out, Then on closing date there was no follow up with title company to get signed docs and approve funding.
The account manager was very responsive.
Fully understanding your processes to get my loan completed as well aso the team being a little more responsive when I'm trying to get answers to my questions and concerns.
The AE is amazing and helps every step of the way .
