Happy Home Mortgage, Winter Springs, FL

Very friendly staff. Don took the time to help us and was very patient even though we shopped around with other companies. At the end we made the right choice and went with Don. His rates could not be matched!!!!

I got all my questions answered at the time I needed during my loan . Very helpful.

Don was very easy to work with, and he informed us of the progress durning every step. I would definitely recommend working with him.

The level of communication made this a breeze.

Great communication

The group that assisted us from CFI was able to close much quicker than other lenders could have and even closed on time when everything was coming down the wire. Everyone that was working to gather my information was polite, understanding...

Working with Jim was great. Communication and execution were wonderful.

Our overall experience from start to finish a was flawless. Everyone was so helpful in making sure we had no trouble with getting it completed.

WENT WELL AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY

Everything went very smooth with the application and the closing thank you very much
