Happy Home Mortgage, Winter Springs, FL

Great communication and quick responses to any questions I had.

Astor and his team have been excellent to work with & very easy to get in touch with, which made things so smooth!

Due to situations outside of control things didn't go as smoothly as they could at closing. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Troy made the whole process easy. He communicated well and kept everything flowing quickly during the whole process.

This is my third time working with Jim! He and his team are very professional, friendly and efficient. They were always available and responded very quickly! I would definitely recommend Jim and his team to my family, friends and colleagues....

Despite all the hurdles, Troy and his team were able to push forward, stay positive, and help me get to where I wanted to be. Communication was on point and documents were always precise and detailed which is exactly what I needed!

Very quick turn around in all our questions, knowledge and information shared, everyone respectful and pleasant. Best of all it was so quick!

Jim and his team are at the top of their field. Tremendous business acumen, communication, problem-solving, and strong finishes. All you can ask for when it comes to a lender partner.

Great experience overall. Quick, easy, and informative the whole way!

We had a weekly call along the way. Robert was very easy to work with and very concerned with making sure the process went smoothly.
