Robert and the Team were not only adamant professionals, but also courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I will be recommending Lofi Direct to my family and friends!

BECAUSE AT ALL TIMES THEY MAINTAIN COMMUNICATION AND NO MATTER THE TIME IF YOU HAD ANY DOUBT THEY COMMUNICATE WITH ONE AND TRY TO CLARIFY AND GUIDE THEM, I CAN NOT COMPLAIN. YOUR TEAM IS EXCELLENT

My Loan Originator Michael Flinchum gave excellent customer service he was always very attentive with all my questions and concerns, he always made me feel very comfortable about the experience every step of the way. He truly cares about what...

Robert was on top of everything and very responsive to every query, even when it wasn't his direct responsibility. The rest of the team could use some work on communication but Robert was excellent.

Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We had guidance throughout the entire process. We explained what we had to offer and we were never lead a stray.

Jim is amazing
