Happy Home Mortgage, Winter Springs, FL

Troy would take time every little question I had about the process. He answered every text and every email even before the ink dried.

Such an amazing experience with Don and the entire team. From start to finish, everything seemed seamless and I was always kept in the loop with what stage of the process we were in. The entire team was always a phone call or email away, and...

Simple and quick process. Good communication from the processing staff. Came to my home to sign the closing papers. Great experience!

I didn't have any major issues and I had a timely response whenever problems did come up. They also answered all of my questions and the overall process was pretty smooth

Robert's communication and timeliness made this experience smooth and painless.

Super friendly, and incredibly efficient.

Communication and professionalism

Really just: 1. How easy it was! 2. How quickly we closed! Wow!!!

Don and his team were Amazing! Got my REFI done in SEVEN Days!!! Thanks Don!

communication during underwriting was poor - specifically internal communication between the underwriter, collateral dept, and myself
