Neely is amazing! She knows her job and she's all about taking care of the customer. She made a stressful situation very pleasant and put me at ease throughout the process. Highly recommend her and Gumtree.

Always around to answer any phone call and questions that I had. Stayed on top of the rates and locked me in exactly when it was the right time.
