I would say making the process crystal clear and explain it very well. Making the customer feel that they're very comfortable and doing this over the phone and online.

Tonya was very friendly and helpful until I filled out the loan docs. The personal touch I felt when she reached out, totally gone after the first conversation. The process was very easy though - if it wasn't I I would not have continued.
