Being able to travel and have the notary come to me while I was on vacation was the best part of the experience but being able to complete the process in the short amount of time was also good.

Underwriting was very difficult. Constantly changing whatrhey needed. On many occasions i wanted to give up.

Initial steps on the portal included too much information. It wasn't exactly clear what tasks needed to be completed and which could wait. Completing tasks on the portal worked smoothly and downloading docs was easy.
