I chose great because you didn't give me the choice of " good " and my reason is that what I consider important information wasn't disclosed to me ahead of time rather at the last minute catching me off guard . I like to be prepared .

Although I am happy to have the consolidation loan, I don't recall being informed of having to put my house up as collateral. That would have been useful information.
