Several documents had to be sent multiple times, this was not Jon's fault as he came into the process at the end.

Sherrie was awesome. She helped up through the whole process. She was extremely engaged and helpful gettting us though the in person notary that was difficult to set up and get corrected. She stayed on top of it and was awesome.
