    Was not as smooth of a process as I would have liked. I expected some of the hiccups to be anticipated and dealt with up front allowing for a more seamless experience.

    Erika was so helpful and nice to us during the entire process. We had many questions and she was always available to answer them and got back to us very quickly everytime we needed her. She is GREAT!!!!

    Most communication was done without having to come into the office. Only had to come for initial meeting and for closing. The process did take some time due to Covid- however- worth the wait for the very low interest rate.
