    Kristen was good, explained everything to me, it was the underwriters that took so long due to the amount of people who were doing a re-finance at the same time I was. Other than the time frame, everything went great!

    IT WAS NOT JASON. IT WAS ALL ON MY END. CHANGING INS., HAVING ANOTHER LOAN WITH MY CHILD, GOT A NEW CAR DURING THE PROCESS.
