    We were very pleased with Scott and his job and communication but were very unhappy with the appraisal and the appraiser which I understand is hired as an outside source but not professional or accurate at all.

    It was very pleasant beginning to end. It got a little exhausting providing paystubs 3-4 times and sitting on three way conference calls with our mortgage company but we got thru it to a great outcome.
