    Mr. French was very helpful and clear about the documentation that I needed for the loan. He made sure I got the exact loan amount I needed. The process was very quick.

    Kaveh was fine but my loan took way longer then it should and I ended up with a higher rate then was promised due to Golden Oak having a employee issue with Dimitri who was handling my loan first.
