What made it great is that eventhough Rene takes care of his busines he also pays attention on building that friendship relationship with his clients making it more proffecional and for the client felling safe that we are in good hands.

Just OK, actually, but the issue was communications between mortgage company, title company, and realtor. It would have be much better if one service (eg the realtor) could have helped us coordinate the demands and communication required.
