Dave made the lending process smooth and painless for my husband and I. Highly recommend Dave! He even helped us on the selling side, and spoke to the lender for the buyers of our townhome to help with some delays we were experiencing.

There was constant communication throughout the entire process and any questions I had were answered in depth which made me feel comfortable making such a big decision.
