Ben did a great job, the appraiser he had to use was terrible. That was the only set back, I would definitely get a new appraiser since they made mistakes and were not quick in fixing the problems they caused.
He was very quick to respond when I asked him questions and kept me up to date on what was happening
Clark is the man! He has a solution to every issue that could possibly pop up and does whatever it takes to over come it. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.
