Nicole did a great job of answering our client's questions, giving options when things got complicated and responding quickly to my needs as his agent.

Great service, very detailed and honest! Since the beginning John told us nothing but the truth on how we could make the purchase and also helped us out more than what we were expecting. Definitely he maid it easy for us!

Nikki was excellent. She was always available and explained everything in the detail so that I clearly understood. My situation was not exactly easy but she made it happen.

I have done many of these [refi;cash out] over the last 15 years and Rob just does it right- professional all the way! Fast responses and he clearly understands the nuisances of dealing with ALL the regulation with loans today- What a pleasure!...
