    My clients were very frustrated with the underwriter by not having a clear understanding of what was needed in a timely manner. Last minute changes also made it very difficult and stressful for my client.

    Theresa and Ashely are amazing! My refi process took a little long then most but they stayed in communication with me everyday. My one note is if they ask for something, just get it to them ASAP. You are working with them, so do your part!
