    Nicole was great, and it was great having the closing at our house. The only unpleasant thing about the whole refinance was that appraisal, he was very unprofessional.

    After over a week of delay due to an appraisal problem, once the file was cleared to close we were able to close the same day. David pushed to get it closed asap.
