Martin is very responsive and has years of experience which makes the process a lot less stressful. He communicates with his clients with transparency and is always able to secure a great loan product.
Minimal communication, not proactive. I had to chase him down for updates and the updates were always the bare minimum and not enough information. The poor communication caused unnecessary stress and chaos.

Once the process began, Ned and his team took care of the rest it felt like there was a whole entire operation moving behind the scenes. All I had to do was sign! Overall excellent experience
