    Jeff made the process a lot easier and was very flexible with our schedule as well. Everything went fairly smoothly and we were able to get through the entire refinance in about 2 weeks. All went well!

    There was some confusion at the closing that required that we adapt to circumstances we had not been prepared for in order to not prolong the process. It was a mistake, but it did complicate the experience.
