    It would be nice to have updates on the steps accomplished and still pending during the process for account opening.

    Opening the account was a huge pain and the online process did not work despite me having numerous FirstIB accounts already. Anything but seamless.

    We were looking for no fee business checking with zelle, there really isn't a better option.
