    More consistent communication especially when difficulties arise that could result in delays in or complete rejection of the loan. Better document retention so the same documents don't have to be provided multiple times.

    All the nice people and calming me when I got uneasy....Russell and Amy. Only thing I was not satisfied with is the insurance and taxes being added in. It is gonna make it hard for me to pay that extra. But God will provide. ❤️🙏🏻
