The only reason I rated the experience great was because of Melissa Pearce. The experience with the online portal was very confusing and not very consumer friendly. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Appreciated all the help Gena gave in the months leading up to closing - crunching numbers and helping me understand what I could afford so that when I found the right house I was able to go for it.
Susan was awesome, everything was explained and we were helped through every step.
