    Fabulous follow up whenever we had questions. Detailed answers were given. Total transparency and honesty. I remember when the customer came first and i really felt this was true with Meredith. Also she spent time with us.

    Quick, easy process. Would have been good to know some of the paperwork required up front instead of scrambling trying to locate things from 4 to 5 years ago.
