Chris was very helpful at explaining at each step of the process. He was personable and broke down the options to a novice in clear language. He made himself available frequently and went above and beyond to do so.
Brad was amazing through whole process!
Excellent communication and availability to answer questions via email or on the phone- nights, weekends...it made the first time process for me go very smoothly!
