When you pulled out credit if you could have hit private so that we didn't get over 1000 calls each. We are stiull getting them as of today. I don't think I would ever go through this process again.

Excessive documentation. We have tens of millions of dollars in assets and this felt like we were being vetted for a mission to Mars. That's not Heather and team but it's not a net efficiency in my world.
