Communication, especially signing paperworks online makes the process running smoothly. Requests and responses were amazingly quick and fast.
It was confusing as to which source we should use to provide documentation and receive communications. FFB had us start with a mobile app but we received requests via email and phone calls also. Sometimes documents uploaded were re-requested....
