Very smooth process. The app made it extremely easy. This was so much simpler than other refy's I've done previously.

Rigo was on top of his game. He made everything happen smoothly and quickly. Had there been any hiccups in this process, I was unaware of them. Rigo took care of it all. I will 100% do business with him again.
