Bruce worked very hard to make my refinance happen and it was not easy because I am self-employed. He had many options to choose from and in the end we were able to get it done.

Attittude and representation matters a lot. it felt to me like "i am just doing my job" I did not feel like I got a lot of transparency and welcome. I did not feel welcomed at all.
