Albany is a great communicator and keeps things simple to understand. We will probably buy another house this year just so we can work with her again.

Didn't follow up with title place. Title place had issues on their side but waiting a few days before orginal closing date to check on status isn't very effective. I think being a little more diligent on checking on items would have prevented...
