    Towards the end the communication was not very good. If Kaitlyn would have been upfront about the closing dates I would have been less frustrated.

    My response has nothing to do with Pam's work or communication. Just was a very stressful situation, with covid and the delays that this caused the whole way thru. With the said delay this has cost me quite a bit of extra $$$ to get this done...
