Kendra was great to work with. My only problem was that the closing was delayed. This was caused by a late appraisal. Ultimately this cost me additional money that First Commonwealth did not compensate me for.

Great communication and timely response
Some of the redundancy of information needed to approve the loan was at times inconvenient. Reproducing multiple documents and proving certain confirmation details about amounts felt unneeded.
Denise was always available when needing her assistance and she always kept us up to speed as to status of our loan.
Stan did a great job guiding us through the process. Some of the requirements were a little over the top.
