Stan and Valerie are WONDERFUL to work with, but the process with FCB is arduous and demeaning. Even the lawyers on both sides of our closing said that FCB has an enormously long paper process compared with the other banks they deal with.
I really really enjoyed the video portals that broke down the numbers, as someone who enjoys the visuals this helped add a lot of context to what we were being told/reading.
Karen made the lending process a breeze!
