I think the way everthing was handle wasn't proper instead of asking all the questions at the same times it came one after another also I do not see the money in my account yet
Being able to call Daniel Dimaina and speak to him when I had questions. Also having my calls returned by him.
Ed and Jennifer and Boss John were excellent and responsive. Unhappy with non disclosure or warning up front that LOC becomes unavailable when maximum interest rate is reached. That is a major issue that credit is stopped if max rate is reached....
