Good communication and timely
My interactions with Ryan made what could be a difficult and somewhat scary situation smooth and informational. At the end of the day l felt in control and able to make decisions on my best interests.
Nice folks on the phone. But, once deal is closed and done, you don't hear from them except survey request. When I asked a question via email/texts I would get know response leaving hanging with angst.

Carla was great. I would recommend her to anybody looking for a reverse mortgage. Anytime I had a question she would E-mail or call me and let me know what was going on. She was always on top of things.
