Penny was very informative and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything to me and worked with me to obtain the best outcome for me and my family.

I would have appreciated more communication to myself from you. I felt like I had to call to find out what was going on more often then I should have. Then at the end I felt very rushed.
